BRIAN NIMMO
PRESIDENT

Mr. Nimmo's primary focus is on the Prime Image customers. He is responsible for a number of initiatives to ensure that the Company maintains its position as the leader in video time based reduction solutions and delivers to its customers the most technically up to date and innovative solutions using our patented licensed software.

Mr. Nimmo is recognized as an accomplished senior executive showcasing more than 25 years of domestic and international business experience ranging from working with companies in the information technology, 3G and 4G wireless telephony mobile markets and web based software video applications. He has successfully built strong employee and management teams focused on the customer. Prior to joining Prime Image, Brian was a special partner at Capital Trust Associates, a leading technology-focused private equity firm. Mr. Nimmo has formerly worked for AT&T, Digital Equipment Corporation/HP and Motient/American Mobile Satellite.

He was educated and attended private College in Vevey, Switzerland. He has lived and worked overseas, is fluent in the French language and served in the United States Navy.


JIM MAURY
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Mr. Maury is responsible for company operations, product development and technology strategy for the company.

A 21-year veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Maury was CTO at Vumanity, Inc., Co-founder and COO of Eelios, Inc., VP of System Engineering at 21st Century Systems, and Director at Gemini Mobile and Openwave Systems. In these roles, Maury had P&L responsibility with focus on revenue growth, advanced technologies and deployed solutions for customers worldwide.

As a senior technologist and operations executive with experience in both the private and public sector, Mr. Maury has pioneered and developed advanced decision support applications, communication infrastructure and custom A/V solutions for DoD, ISP and telephony markets.

A native Californian, Mr. Maury holds a BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach, accreditation from Carnegie Melon University (SEI), and plays an active role in IETF.


BRUCE GAMACHE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Gamache has extensive financial and operating experience in developing cable networks and new media. He spent 12 years at HBO and its affiliated companies as a senior executive in finance and in international development. He was the Vice President of Finance at HBO and later served as a founding director and a key member of the team that launched HBO's channels in Latin America. He later became COO and CFO of the HBO Latin America Group. He worked as President of Primedia Digital Video, with the responsibility of developing television and broadband applications for Primedia's niche magazine titles. He spent 9 years working with RFD-TV, a startup cable TV network serving rural America that is now distributed in more than 40 million TV homes. He was the company CFO and launched its sister channel, Rural TV, in the United Kingdom.


CHRIS GIFFORD
CHIEF HARDWARE ARCHITECT

In his role as Chief Hardware Architect, Mr. Gifford is responsible for the strategic definition, planning, specifications, and design of Prime Image's next generation of products.

Mr. Gifford joined Prime Image in 1990, and was part of the original design team responsible for Prime Image's most successful products including the Time Tailor (a.k.a. "the Time Machine"), "Cash", Pipeline Delay, and the Penta Standards Converter.  He has been awarded six US patents so far for his inventive designs while at Prime Image.

Aside from Prime Image, Mr. Gifford also developed the MVP-24 Frame Rate Converter which quickly become the preferred method for 24 frame video and computer playback in the motion picture and television production industry.  This product has been used on numerous Academy and Emmy award winning productions, and is still in heavy use today at major studios throughout the world.

Mr. Gifford received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with concentrations in analog circuit design and communication systems.  He also received a minor degree in music performance.

 

KEITH SCHINDLER
VP OF ENGINEERING

Mr. Schindler is responsible for all of the company's product development activities and their strategic direction, including seamless integration of next generation products with existing computer networks, video processing assets and IP gateways.
 
Previously he served as founder and President of Schindler Imaging, Inc. which manufactured and sold 24 frame video standard converters utilized in the film and television production industries throughout the US and elsewhere, including significant exports to Canada.  He also served as Director of Software Applications Development for Pixera Corp. for 12 years, developing and supervising development of software applications supporting a unique digital camera technology utilized in biomedical and other industries worldwide.  Prior to that, he worked in the CGI industry in Hollywood developing the first feature film quality digital ink and paint system used outside of Disney. He was also awarded a US patent for an advanced digital image compositing process utilized for several years in the Out-Takes Digital Photography Studio at Universal Studio's CityWalk.  
 
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the College of Engineering at UC Berkeley, graduating with honors for his research on "Dynamic Timbre Control" which was later published in the Computer Music Journal.

 

RODNEY HAMPTON
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Hampton brings over 25 years of high tech manufacturing and operations experience to Prime Image. For over 15 years he has been responsible for managing the operations, supply chain solutions and product manufacturing at the Company's Silicon Valley location.

Previously, he held management roles as the Procurement Officer at Bio-Medical Monitoring Systems, a company that developed medical technology that has been deployed at Stanford University Medical Hospital and various Children's hospitals throughout the country.

Early in his career Mr. Hampton was the Strategic Planner for product introduction at Micro Power Systems, where he managed the transition of government R&D projects through manufacturing and spearheaded the first Cmos Bi-polar chip set that has been deployed in radar systems for the B1 Bomber program Mr. Hampton holds certifications through the Center for Manufacturing Education and American Management Association Software development through Micro MRP.
