Prime Image.tv is the European and Middle Eastern Distributor for Prime Image, inc.

Prime Image was founded in 1985 by Emmy Award winning video engineer William Hendershot. In 2003 the company was purchased by The Lomax Companies and reincorporated in 2007 as Prime Image Delaware, Inc., d/b/a Prime Image.

Prime Image pioneered the development of the first video time reduction process in 1995. It was the first process that digitally and undetectably deleted unnecessary frames without video compression or compromising the integrity of the video, audio or closed captioning of the program content.

Since then, Prime Image has become the industry standard in video time reduction technology featuring the patented Time Tailor series. The Time Tailor has kept up with the ever changing world of broadcast television, and continues to be the only solution for both off line editing and real-time video time reduction.

Content creators use the Time Tailor to reduce program run times to fit syndication requirements and to generate additional revenue by creating additional ad spots. Advertising agencies use it to trim down commercials that are too long to fit prescribed ad breaks.

Prime Image has a loyal blue chip customer base. Its award-winning technology has been employed by top broadcast networks, TV station groups, cable TV networks, movie studios, content providers and post productions houses, including ABC, CBS, CNN, and NBC.

The Company has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the National Association of Broadcasters Best of Award, the Star Award and an Emmy for Prime Image's Founder for Application of Digital/Video Technology to Broadcast.

The Company is located in Silicon Valley in Milpitas, California and manufactures its products in the United States. Its featured products include the Pipeline III, an HD/SD audio video profanity delay solution and the patented Time Tailor TT3500, HD/SD time reduction system.
